1 Car Reservation Rules and Conditions
1.1 This contract (and / or rules and conditions) is not a contract for the provision of rental services. Rental Services (“Rental Services“) will be provided under a separate rental agreement that you will have to sign at the time of car rental at the Rental Branch.
Standard EURORENTA (Autoblikas, UAB) rental terms and conditions and the ability to drive will also be applied.
1.2 You are signing this contract with EURORENTA (Autoblikas, UAB) for reservations “Pay Now”.
2 “Pay Now” Rules and Conditions
2.1 By clicking the “I agree” button during the reservation, you confirm that by signing this contract with EURORENTA you agree with its terms and conditions. By signing this contract, you agree to purchase a face value voucher (voucher) from EURORENTA equivalent to the total price of the ordered services specified by EURORENTA. EURORENTA will send you a voucher via e-mail and will order Rental Services for you at the rental branch chosen by you or other location. With this voucher you will be able to use the Rental Services and rent a car.
2.2 You must pay for the voucher during the online reservation. You shall be entitled to the rental and additional services booked at the time of reservation from the moment of payment. The amount will be charged to your credit card. The voucher will not be issued until the amount of rent is fully paid. By signing this contract, you grant the right to EURORENTA to deduct the amount from your card equal to the amount specified in the voucher, as well as any additional charges (if any) specified in this contract.
2.3 Car rental: the selected car for the reserved number of days, as well as other services confirmed at the time of reservation as included in the price, including VAT, will be paid by the voucher you purchased. You can view the list of these services by clicking the “Included in the price” button on the “Price” page.
2.4 Any additional optional services (such as special equipment, additional driver, optional insurance, fuel, additional rental) that were not included in the paid voucher service package will be counted as additional charges that you will have to pay directly to the Local Supplier when picking up or returning the car.
2.5 A cancellation fee shall not be applicable if the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the commencement of car rental. The Client shall pay only bank charges for crediting the funds to the account of EURORENTA and repayment to his account.
2.6 If the reservation is cancelled 3-7 days prior to the expected commencement date of car rental, the Client shall be charged a cancellation fee of EUR 30, but not less than the bank charges for crediting the funds to the account of EURORENTA and repayment to the Client.
2.7 If the reservation is cancelled 1-3 days prior to the expected commencement date of car rental, the Client shall be refunded 50% of the voucher, i.e. half the amount paid.
2.8 If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the car rental period or at the scheduled time (car rental date and hour), or the Client does not arrive to pick up the car, the money for the prepaid reservation shall not be refunded. If the Client does not arrive to pick up the car at the time specified in the reservation, the Client's reservation shall expire 2 hours after the reservation time.

3 Changes to Car Rental Reservations
3.1 Depending on the possibilities and terms and conditions mentioned in clause 3.2 below, the Client shall have the possibility to change his / her online reservation not later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of car rental, or at any time before the commencement of rental by phone +370 686 00611. Taking into account the conditions given below, Clients may use the available voucher to pay for alternative services.
3.2 The following restrictions shall apply to changes to the Client car rental reservations:
a) if the price for the Rental Services is higher than the face value of the voucher, the price difference must be paid at the time of change of reservation;
b) if the amount of the changed reservation is less than the face value of the voucher, the difference WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
If an advance payment for the service was not provided at the time of reservation and the Client did not cancel the reservation until the exact time of arrival to pick up the car indicated in it, or did not arrive at the rental branch, the next reservation and / or rental of the Client will be subject to a € 50 non-cancellation fee (for ECO packages).
