WRITTEN COMMITMENT

REGARDING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

In view of the letter of the State Consumer Rights Protection Service of 6 February 2025
No. 4E-338, UAB "Autoblikas" undertakes not to apply the following terms and conditions of the Car Rental Agreement when concluding new contracts with consumers and when implementing already concluded contracts:

3.1 "The LESSEE confirms that he/she agrees with the condition that the Car cannot be operated and used <...>";

6.3.6 "The LESSEE undertakes, unconditionally, to additionally pay the lessor, upon request, compensation "a) <...> for other actions that violate the law; b) for exceeding the permitted speed or other traffic accident violations, Car parking fees"";

6.4 "If the Car is returned earlier than provided for in the contract, the stipulated rental price in the contract may no longer be valid for the LESSEE, and the rental fee may be recalculated";

6.5 "The LESSEE, by signing the contract, agrees that for the purpose of ensuring the terms of the contract and fulfilling the tax obligation, the LESSOR has the right to deduct all payments and fees (violations of the requirements of the SDA, Car parking, storage costs and other administrative fees) related to the LESSEE's actions when using the Car, from the LESSEE's card account or from another account";

7.5 "The LESSEE is liable to the Lessor for the damage caused to the Car if the damage occurred due to the LESSEE's fault. The amount of liability in monetary terms is equal to the difference between the actual amount of damage and the amount of damage compensated by the insurance company in accordance with the provisions of the Car Insurance Agreement. Additionally, upon the LESSOR's request, the LESSEE pays for the downtime days incurred due to the Car repair for each day until the Car is repaired. The rental price for 1 day is equal to the LESSEE's Car rental rate specified in the contract.";

7.7. The LESSEE is subject to fines or fees for violations and/or non-compliance with the contract:

7.7.1 "for lost car documents or keys - from €100 (one hundred euros)";

7.7.2 "for each damaged tire - from €100 (one hundred euros)";

7.7.3 "for smoking in the Car салоне - €200 (two hundred euros), plus for each burnt seat or any other interior detail - €300 each (three hundred euros)";

7.7.4 "upon возвращении Car with a недостающим amount of fuel, the Client undertakes to compensate the Lessor for the price of the недостающего fuel plus pay a €20 (twenty euros) tank filling fee";

7.7.7 "administrative fee for unpaid parking, traffic rule violations or other notifications, fee €30 (thirty euros)";

7.7.9 "fine for violation of the terms of the contract when entering a country that is not indicated in the contract, €1000 (one thousand euros)".
