Towards Sustainability: three new EV charging stations at our Klaipeda office.
We are happy to announce that our office at Sandeliu str. 14, Klaipeda has become even more environmentally friendly – we’ve installed three new EV charging stations for the convenience of both employees and visitors. This is yet another step towards a greener future.
The opportunity to receive support from the joint project “Installation of Private Electric Vehicle Charging Access Points” by submitting an application to the Lithuanian Energy Agency under the announced call “Installation of Private Electric Vehicle Charging Access Points for Legal Entities at Workplaces” encouraged UAB "Autoblikas" to plan the installation of three electric vehicle charging access points.
The ABB Terra AC Wallbox is a reliable and well-known charging solution, wall-mounted to our building. It is ideal for longer daytime charging sessions. Operating in 3-phase mode (up to 22 kW), this station features RFID authentication, is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use (IP54, IK08), has an integrated energy meter, and DC leakage current detection (RDC-DD 6mA). With Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and LTE connectivity, it can be monitored and managed remotely. ABB Terra technical highlights:

- Connector: Type 2 (no cable)
- Protections: DC leakage detection, overload, overvoltage, and temperature control
- Connectivity: Wi-Fi, Ethernet, LTE, OCPP 1.6

The Easee charger is a smart, modern, and compact charging system. Designed with maximum flexibility and intelligence in mind, it automatically adapts to the vehicle's needs, supports remote management via the Easee App, features smart load balancing (Easee Link™), RFID/NFC access control, and enables unlimited charger installations in one system. Easee charger technical highlights:
- Power: 1.4–7.36 kW (single-phase) / up to 22 kW (3-phase TN)
- Connection: Type 2 socket
- Connectivity: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, built-in eSIM (LTE Cat M1), Easee Link RF
- Smart features: automatic power adjustment, phase balancing, queuing system, energy meter
These stations are not only a practical solution for our electric vehicle fleet, but also a reflection of our values. We are proud to contribute to a more sustainable city, promoting cleaner transportation and a lower carbon footprint. And this is just the beginning – we are looking ahead and planning even more green initiatives.
The joint project is implemented under the economic recovery and resilience plan “New Generation Lithuania”, financed by the European Union's Recovery and Resilience Facility “NextGenerationEU”.
