We would like to inform you that EURORENTA will continue to operate and will offer car rental services to our customers.

 

The safety of our customers and employees is the highest and most important priority of EURORENTA and we will take all necessary measures to ensure your safety. We are constantly monitoring the situation in the media and we are ready to take additional measures at any time to ensure the maximum protection for our customers. We also very seriously take the information and recommendations of the World Health Organization, governmental institutions and experts and try to follow these recommendations as part of our efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

MEASURES TAKEN BY EURORENTA TO ENSURE SECURITY

 

 

To ensure customers mobility to move, we pay special attention to car disinfection (steering wheel, gear lever, dashboard and door handles) before and after each car rental. We use an ozonator for internal disinfection of cars, which kills bacteria and viruses. This technology eliminates any harmful chemicals that are used for traditional disinfection. We also often use special products to clean and ventilate our facilities.

 

 

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF CAR RESERVATION

 

 

You can change or cancel your reservation free. To do this, contact our staff. If you have made a reservation and paid for it in advance, be sure to tell this to EURORENTA staff so that your payment could be resolved as soon as possible. In addition, please be advised that upon your request, we may retain your prepayments for your future bookings.

 

If you are currently using EURORENTA services and would like to extend your rental, according to delayed flights or other circumstances, be sure to inform our staff and they will offer you the best solution for renewing your rental.
